We’re not just a podcast

We’re a reckoning.

Work Wars is where silence ends and truth begins.
We expose the hidden battles behind the 9 to 5 -
so no one has to suffer in silence again.

A movement gaining momentum

🩵 About Work Wars

Work Wars™ is a storytelling movement disguised as a podcast, built to expose the hidden battles behind the 9 to 5.

We’re not here for water cooler gossip or HR coverups. We’re here for the truth. From NDAs that silence victims, to cultures that reward cruelty, the modern workplace has a dark side. And too often, the ones who speak up are the ones who pay the price. But not anymore. Work Wars is where silence ends. We feature real stories from real people - the bullied, the burned out, the betrayed - and shine a blue flame on what companies would rather keep in the shadows. Because if we don’t talk about it, nothing changes.

Join us as we turn work into a battlefield for truth. 🔥

Our mission

Burn the silence. Reclaim your voice.

Our mission is simple:

🔹 Expose the unspoken truths of workplace dysfunction
🔹 Empower those who’ve been silenced to reclaim their stories
🔹 Create cultural accountability through storytelling, psychological safety, and systemic visibility

We’re not here to play it safe.
We’re here to make sure it never happens to the next person.

BURN THE SILENCE

More than a podcast:

The HSEG™ Connection

Work Wars is just the beginning...

Every episode isn’t just a story. It’s a signal.
A signal that something is deeply broken and that we can’t just talk about it anymore.

While the world hears these stories, something is being built in the background.
Something to expose what internal surveys never could:

Using AI, pattern recognition, and anonymous input, the Human Sustainability Evaluation Grid exposes what internal surveys never could:

🔹 Cultural breakdowns
🔹 Psychological risks
🔹 Accountability gaps

This isn’t just content.
It’s a call to action - and a step toward real change.

Meet your host

Cristine Wiseman

I'm the kind of employee who cared too deeply and spoke too honestly.

I gave everything to the job and watched as silence, sabotage, and power games chipped away at my voice. I saw talented people ignored.
Abuse dismissed. Truth buried beneath performance reviews and polished LinkedIn posts. I worked in offices where it was normal to cheat employees out of hard-earned money and that won awards for “great culture,” while the people inside quietly unraveled. And then it happened to me. I was left with a choice: Shrink myself to fit in or speak up and risk everything. I chose the second. It cost me jobs, friendships, and years of questioning everything I thought I knew... work hard and get rewarded, right? Oh, how could I have been so wrong? And oh how much it gave me fire.

Work Wars was born from that fire - a podcast-turned-platform to expose what companies hide and give power back to the people who’ve lived it.

Because I’m done pretending.
And if you’re here, maybe you are too.
